Changed Your Mind? No Biggie!

You have a full 30 days after your package arrives to send anything back that doesn't fit your vibe. Just shoot our awesome customer service team a quick message (cs@thedealersonline.com or 509-202-9426) before returning anything. They'll get you all set up with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to make things smooth.

Just a Heads Up (It's Easy!):

We need the items back in their original condition, with tags still attached (if they came with them) and definitely unused.
Hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase – we need it for all returns.

Here's the Thing:

You'll cover the cost of shipping things back. Pro-tip: use a trackable shipping method with insurance for peace of mind. We'll let you know as soon as your return arrives and our team checks it out.

Speedy Refunds!

Once your return is approved, expect your refund within 7 business days. We'll automatically send it back to the original payment method you used (minus shipping costs, of course).

Heads Up on Sale Items & Non-Returnables:

While sale items can't be refunded, you can definitely return all our regularly priced items with no hassle. But remember, anything with broken seals or opened/used products can't be returned.

Damaged or Missing Stuff? Don't Panic!

If something arrives broken, messed up, or missing parts, let us know ASAP. We might need a quick photo as proof, but we'll get a replacement or refund out to you fast. Bonus: incorrect, damaged, or defective products get free returns with no restocking fees!

Just let our customer service team know and they'll walk you through it. Remember, exchanges depend on whether we have the product in stock, and you might need to pay the difference depending on the price.
